Portrait shots are taken at our studio in Biggleswade where we use professional lighting and backdrops to create a range of effects to suit your taste. For example, why not go for the magazine "high key" style, where your loved ones are captured against a pure white background.

We are happy to photograph all the family, from babies to grandparents. While we shoot in colour, we're happy to convert images to black and white and can even add a colour tone should you so wish.

After your shoot we will publish your images on your own web page for you to review and select your prints. This can be a secure site if you prefer.

Pricing structure

We charge a sitting fee of £20 which is refundable against your order for prints (when your order is greater than £20). For example, if you order five 12x8 prints, the balance payable will be £30 (5 x £10 minus the £20 sitting fee). The sitting fee must be paid prior to your studio session, and may not be refundable if you cancel your booking and we are unable to rebook your appointment.

Points to Consider

• The style you are looking for, formal or informal, close-up, full length, action shots?
• What to wear, for example with ‘high key’ shots taken against a white background, white clothing is inadvisable. The same can apply to black clothing against a black background.
• Hair and make-up.
• Do you want children photographed with a favourite toy?
